At the start of the semester, we all strive for perfect routines—waking up early, having breakfast, and embracing the day with optimism. But as the semester progresses, with increasing work and stress, some of those habits naturally fade. Asini, Mariam, and I wanted to capture what a typical morning for an NYUAD student looks like by following Asini’s morning routine on a random Thursday, filmed in a Wes Anderson style. It also supports digestion and keeps your energy levels steady throughout the day. Without enough hydration, you may feel sluggish, dizzy, or experience headaches in the morning. Drinking water first thing sets the tone for a healthier, more energized day!
